New parking Penalty Charge Notices introduced

As agreed by the SMT, Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) will come into effect on University car parks at Tithebarn Street and I M Marsh Campus from Thursday 1 March. PCNs will be applied to other campus areas in due course – details to follow.
